There are only 32 jobs - so it's never easy to find a GM job, but all the noise has been that he won't have an issue finding another job if he leaves.

He was applauded for the Tkachuk trade, the Hamilton trade, he managed to get rid of Neal and he's seen as a good contract negotiator. He does plenty of deals so other GMs do business with him.
