I've been checked out this season. The product on the ice is just crap, and the Flames don't have an Elite game-changing superstar currently. Living in Edmonton, I went to a few Oilers games this season, and just the product and presentation on the ice is bar none compared to what the Flames got right now.
Hope things change in the next five years for the better.
