Try to extend Phillips and give him an actual look. Extend Stecher.
Don't spend money on UFAs...leverage any cap space to either take a contract on from a team needing to clear cap or save it to help faciliate trades in the season.
This can be the base for the roster - and depending on the market you can look to add some veterans but don't be afraid to start the season with a young team.
