He's only 30 years old but he's had two ACL surgeries on the same knee. Given he lost a bit of a step after the first surgery, one has to wonder how effective he's going to be after the 2nd surgery. He's had a year off to rehab but I don't see the value in this contract as given his injury question marks I expected he would see offers less than $10 million guaranteed on a one year deal. This seems to be more of a name signing to entice Jackson to sign the franchise tender or work out a contract.
