This could make a ton of sense for the short-mid term.
The dealerships would need extra security to protect their catalytic converters. I'm sure the Merc dealership in particular will not be stoked.
Another concern I'd have is the proximity to Millennium Park...this is a broad stereotype, but I'd worry that there might be a fair number of skater kids who might be vulnerable to the influence this could bring.
