I don't remember the hookers being very prevalent around Eau Claire past about 2000, but I can't say I was paying much attention.
I used to frequent Eau Claire Market regularly ca. 2005, and it was pretty rare to see any streetwalkers.
1st Street and 15th Ave was definitely a hooker stroll too! That was the last place I recollect seeing a hooker; I was propositioned by one while walking to my car after a Flames game in about... 2018?
