Yep, the guy needs to put whatever feelings he has for Sutter aside and play for himself and his teammates. I wouldn't want to play with a guy who bails on me because he doesn't like the coach.
If the team isn't going to let Sutter go then you either have to learn to deal with it or you go to Treliving or whoever is the GM and ask for a trade.
