Keep in mind that the Flames lost a lot of points this season because of the shootout and 3-on-3 OT. Those things don't exist in playoffs. Extra frames have had a huge impact on the standings.
The Flames would still be the underdog, but I don't think they would get blown out of the water like some are saying.
