Didn't read like a joke. It read like just another person not knowing how to read their bill. It's a pet peeve of mine that people just shrug their shoulders at the T&D fees and presume that their electrical usage doesn't matter when, in fact, it's almost entirely charges based on usage and lowering consumption would lower their bills.

Must be, possibly some sort of loyalty deal or bundle. I'm on a fixed rate like DoubleK and pay the $0.28/day access fee as he does.
