My admin charge is also $6.70. But I notice my rate code at the top is ERHRF, the same as Kevman's. DoubleK's rate code is ERFD5. I tried Googling those and got nothing. If I had to guess, ERFD5 is EasymaxRateFixeD5 year. I'm on a 5 year fixed as well, but only electric. DoubleK, are you fixed gas?

It also says on the Enmax site:
*Rate does not include an administration fee of between $5.90 - $10.00 per site, per month for each of electricity and natural gas as applicable, delivery and other charges depending on usage and service area, or taxes.

So it's not one amount. But who gets what rate? It's rather opaque.
