However, our admin charge is 15% lower than yours despite using more power.
Both plans are at $0.0689, both plans are Feb 1 to Feb 28th, both plans are actual readings and both plans are EasyMax 5 yr. fixed. I always knew the riders and delivery charges were purposely vague but this confirms that they're voodoo magic.

Post a snapshot. I guarantee your days billed are different. The delivery charges are heavily regulated and publicly available.
EDIT: see
https://www.enmax.com/ForYourBusines...e_Schedule.pdf
Distribution charge = $0.647903/day + $0.013033/kWh
Transmission charge = $0.042094/kWh
Balancing Pool Allocation = $0.002252/kWh
Rate Riders = $0.009689/kWh + $0.000853/kWh
Local Access Fee = 11.11% of the energy charge charged at the Regulated Rate Option ($0.29677/kWh) + 11.11% of the Distribution Tariff (= Distribution Charge + Transmission Charge + Balancing Pool Allocation + Rate Riders)
DoubleK's bill:
The total is off by a couple cents due to rounding, but the math's all there, it ain't "voodoo magic".
