I heard Ep7 is the weakest of the series from those who have seen all 10 episodes. They recommended watching 7 and 8 together.

Or was he already super old in Voyager given that he served on the Excelsior with Captain Sulu? I heard Ep7 is the weakest of the series from those who have seen all 10 episodes.
