With the exception of the back half of Season 2 of Disco, when the two showrunners were let go mid production, he hasn't show run any of the Trek series. He's been more of the Rick Berman super producer role, with Akiva Goldsman being the role Brannan Braga moved into during Voyager/Ent.

His failures outside of Star Trek including Clarice and the Man Who Fell to Earth which were all badly reviewed and cancelled quicky. There are rumors he is inching himself into the doghouse at CBS/Paramount.
