Probably not what you were going for, but that thing looks so cool. Can you take some high quality pictures of it and print a few for him to hang in his home? He can brag and show people high quality pics of the really cool cyborg looking part in him, that improves his quality of life.
The fact that it doesn't look like a biology figurine makes it look super bad ass.
