Transporters literally rip you apart a molecular level. I'd like to see Transporters being tremendously painful but the cost of doing business.

Having screaming star fleet officers materializing in front of a group of primative villagers would make me laugh.

I've only seen one true transporter accident in STTMP. But having someone materialize with their feet where their hands are would make me laugh

Just having one just one engineer telling the Captain and Science officer that their technobabble idea is not only nonsense but can't be done because the deflector array is not designed to do it and the modifications would take a year in a ship yard would greatly amuse me.

Just one guy pushing a vacuum on the bridge or using windex on the touchpads, even during a crisis or battle would be awesome.

There are probably only 20 non commissioned officers in Starfleet. Everyone else is an officer. Chief O'briens life has to be a living hell as literally everyone outranks in to sunset

They touched on it with Barclay and the Orville went in it. but not all holodeck adventures are Robin Hood Stories or sailing an ocean sail boat. It would be nice to hear a call over the loudspeaker. Showing more of the crappy quarters like in Lowerdecks, everyone no matter their rank have these hotel quality multiroom quarters to themselves.

Physics count. How can phasers miss they're accelerated particle based beams of light that travel at lightspeed try dodging a laser pointer aimed at your chest. Starships fight at impulse speed.

Can someone fix the problems with the ventral shields they fail within seconds.

I presume the particles that compose phasers have mass, so they wouldn't travel at the speed of light.
