I'm pretty sure they I saw his name on (I think) Worf's list of criminals (also included Morn and Brunt).

Maybe we get a triad of criminals being brought in to take down the baddies from the inside!

Either that or it's Wesley.
He wants to destroy Starfleet/Picard because they got his dad killed.
Also, he wants his girlfriend to meet her Great Great Great Great Great nephews Data/Lore, and Great Great Great Great Great Great niece Lal.
