In all fairness - the need for on street parking isn't always about junk in the garage. Current minimum garage sizes / sweep studies haven't kept up with the public's demand for larger, longer SUV's driven by people of average skill. I'd like to amend the wording
'Public's ability and willingness to pay for real estate to store larger vehicles is less than the public's ability and willingness to pay for larger vehicles.'
The public's demand for larger, longer SUVs is based on subsidizing private vehicle storage on public property.
