That is interesting. I'll have to read it later but I'd think it's the rain. I understood why the Skydome was originally built as a multipurpose facility at the time (as it was all the rage back then), but what I don't get is why any new facility has to be covered? NY, Boston, and those cities with similar climates don't do it. What makes it a necessity? Personally I do like the option available. The Skydome/Rogers Centre on a nice summer day can be a decent facility.
