Some tough love for the guy like loves to dish it.

The old goat needs to learn how swap a goalie right (not in the 3rd when the game is out of reach), or call a time out (rarely or never does), or play the right players when you're trying to tie a game late (fourth line guys routinely out in the final minutes of crucial games, because sending a message is more important than tying the game). Then forcing Huberdeau and Kadri together when Huberdeau and Lindholm clearly had chemistry going, and still hasn't paired the two.

Don't care about his accolades, this guy's been terrible since last year.
