Bosch is fantastic, highly recommend that. If you have not seen The Wire it is also a great one but much heavier. Rizolli and Isles is not bad, along with Rookie Blue. Blindspot is also something you could check out, would be closer to Blacklist than the cop shows.

If you like British shows Luther and Line of Duty are a great watch. So is Sherlock.

Reacher is similar but not a police procedural but it was fantastic.

If you are at all interested in some fantasy along with the police show Grimm was entertaining.

EDIT: it you like Nate Fillion in Castle check out The Rookie.

If you like the spy genre, give The Night Manager a watch. Also incredible and just a mini series.

I would also echo the previous recommendations for Luther. Based on your tastes, I'd bet you'll love it.

Maybe The Americans too? Also more spy genre, but is is excellent.

Perry Mason is really good too. (the new one)
