This happened to my wife on Glenmore a few years ago and took out both passenger side tires. We called 311, were told to take photos, had a file #, etc, but by the time we dealt with getting the car towed, etc, it was late & dark out... By the time we went back the next morning to take photos, there was a crew onsite repairing the
canyon pothole.
Edit - shoutout to Kaltire and their tire warranty, which took the edge off the cost of replacing two 21" tires.
