20 years since Chretien publicly announced refusal to join the US in invading Iraq. A good choice.
At around 3:50 of the video Chretien also makes an interesting comment about forming his relationship with Clinton. He says

"I told him clearly that I wanted to be independent. He was very shocked, and I said 'Mr. President, I don't want to be too close to you, because I want to be able to look independent, and if I look independent and the people think I'm independent' I said 'I will be able to do for you what the CIA cannot do'.

He then goes on to say that on many occasions he was very useful to them.
I wish that had been unpacked more regarding the context of US-Canada relations at the time and expectations around that relationship and the relevance of even mentioning the CIA in it.
