They don't say exactly where they are, but Azure Canada Central is Toronto, Canada East is Montreal, for instance.
I can tell you where Sasktel's datacenter is in Calgary, but only because we used to colo there.
And you can see where Telus's really old datacenter is because it's so poorly designed you can see through the windows when it's dark.
