I never stepped into it because I work far away and it looked a bit sketchy but it seems like it was a beloved soup and sandwich place and a true mom & pop. The closure of Husky HQ probably doomed it.

Never rated Rita's but my Dad loved the place. As long as Asian Village stays around, but I'm sure it's time will be up soon as well.

That area of downtown is completely dead. It's weird to see the new food court in the Nexen building completely shuttered. Whereas Brookfield Place / Suncor / Fifth Ave Place is jam packed at lunch time. It's weird to see the contrast.
