Not a lawyer, but I have disposed of abandoned goods from a tenant under the rules linked here.

However, in my not-a-lawyer opinion, they don't apply here.

The first link says: "This section of the RTA does not apply to the goods left at residential premises when an Order for Possession
is executed by a civil enforcement agency. These goods are to be handled in accordance with the Rules of
Court."

Since they had a bailiff evict the tenant I think part about rules of court applies.

I have no idea what that means - although I agree it probably takes more than 2 minutes to explain the question to a lawyer, much less get a considered answer.
