Default Looking for Civil Law Consultation for Landlord - Tenant Questions

I am in need to have a 2-min consultation with someone who is familiar with the Alberta Civil Law (for landlord-tenant situations).

Long story short, my dad is the landlard and he went though the proper procedures (RTDRS hearing, court order, bailiff service, etc.) to evict a tenant who didn't feel like paying rent for the past months.

Anyways, the tenant left literally EVERYTHING in the rental unit when he was being kicked out by the bailiff. All the clothes, furniture, even his car is still in the parking spot. We've done some research that we need to keep his belongings for 30 days.

But what about after 30 days? We tried to tell the dude to come pick up his stuff, but we got no responses for the past 3 weeks now. The 30 days is coming up. We would like to check with someone who knows what the legality of us disposing his belongings.

We tried calling around to different government agencies like the RTDRS and the Cout of King's Bench, no one can give a straight answer. Now I am asking the mighty power of Calgary Puck to guide us.

Thank you in advance.
