Who do the Flames need to bring inf they can Sutter. Your suggestions are welcome? I get that you don't like Sutter, and I can agree to some of your takes but let's not let the players off the hook and let's not assume getting rid of Sutter will fix or improve the problem.

Good question. I don't know I think Mitch Love with what he has done with a roster of unskilled players that Sutter talks about is a good candidate.
I don't know how Brad hires his coaches but he is bad.
You need to ask these guys how they will organize the team and utilized the talent and get the best out of them. Just because you believe in one way of playing doesn't mean that style will work with the group.
Lots of little details in the game. If you roll 4 lines and have the 3rd line out for a 50 second shift and get a icing call are you goimg to toss out the 4th line or use your offensive players in that situation to build off that momentum?
How about matching lines and playing a match up game on home ice?
A lot of these things we don't do. Sutter is a lazy coach this year putting in the bare minimum effort and wants his team to do the same and just sneak into the playoffs. You need to want more and expect more. We won the division last season and this season your expectation is to somehow squeak in not build and try to win the conference.
