As for the owners, they have an example, as recently as last year, of the team having great success, under the same coach.
I just don't see Treliving pulling the trigger on a new coach, knowing it could mean his job as well.

Treliving dosen't have a contract in place past this season. This was his last kick at the can and it went poorly. He can go with Sutter.
A new GM usually cleans house.
