I don't know for certain, but this winter seems more humid or something so it feels colder. It seems like there's been a bunch of fog days.
The constant sprinkles of snow are a pain in the ass. I'd rather shovel once for a bigger dump of snow than go outside 4-5 times for a pathetically low level of snow. It's very little snow on a day to day basis, but enough that if I let it compact, the ice is a royal pain in the ass.

When the weather gets warm for a few days in a row, I often shovel snow onto my driveway and use the warm concrete to melt a few batches of snow a bit faster. That way if we get dumps of snow again, I don't have to manually throw snow over a pile that is as high.
