You can sit and argue forever about which one of these factors is more important than the others, maybe you don't think one or two of these are factors, but the important question is which of these factors are most easily fixed. What I do know is that practically speaking, trading away a bunch of underachieving very expensive players is the least likely way the team gets fixed.

Every single aspect of this post is an equal factor. I'd maybe push for a slight edge to Sutter for sticking with the same lines for too long. You have to ask yourself if keeping your newly minted long term investments stuck in the same broken loop all yeah or make some attempt to help them out.
