The Flames really don't have players that I care much about anymore. They had a chance in the first 25 games or so for the new guys to make me into a fan of them, and Kadri started off making me really like him, but they just didn't do it overall. Markstrom didn't redeem himself from crapping the bed in the playoffs, Huberdeau was a massive frustrating flop, Kadri showed sparks but then faded, and other guys were fine, but fine isn't what makes you want to watch a bunch of guys play hockey for a few hours of your evening on a regular basis. They couldn't even compete with Netflix this season, let alone have a chance of competing with the best of the league.
