We had it good with Ken. I don’t even know who replaced him. But I agree that it’s tough getting nothing from everyone above Treliving.

Absolutely. At the STH town halls he'd walk around to (I !@#$ you not) absolutely everyone and introduce himself and talk hockey/the league/the team. It was great. Brian Burke was also really engaging at these events as well - and hell, so was Jay Feaster.
Yeah, the team wasn't very good back then but at least they put a face on it and worked to show how they appreciate their fans. Now? The team is bad and they don't do !@#$.
