We had it good with Ken. I don’t even know who replaced him. But I agree that it’s tough getting nothing from everyone above Treliving.

Very true. I don't think many know of, have spoken to, or could recognize John Bean. Not to say that means he's doing a poor job, but it does mean that he's doing a poor job of being front and center and communicating with the public.
