There have been no “town halls” or anything. Pretty much zero communication other than the occasional “hey we have an extra pair of tickets in the lower bowl” once a season per account.
So while they may be talking to some people, the organization is not communicating to their season ticket holders or their fans in any meaningful way.

Agreed. The previous excuse and reasoning was Covid, which was understandable. Absolutely no reason for them to not organize anything during this year. I had even reached out to my ticket rep beginning of this season and the answer was that they were working on something, which turned out to be nothing.
