It’ll look even uglier if he decides to leave. Sitting on your hands as you burn the last year of your contract before you manage another team would be an ugly, ugly look. Hope it doesn’t turn out that way.

Are his hands tied somewhat because he doesn't have a deal beyond this year, though?
