Swing and a miss on your analysis! “Continue to stumble” wtf are you talking about. Top ten team in the league since Dec 1. Had a stumble in November, nothing since. And why would Arizona want them to “continue to stumble”, which they aren’t. If Ottawa did fall hard, they keep their pick in 2023 as the pick is protected. Also, one of Chabot/Chychrun/Sanderson will move to the right side so time distribution won’t be an issue. The 2023 ECF thing is nothing better than a bit of a marketing sweetener for Arizona, also why the hell wouldn’t Arizona want the possibility of upgrading a second round pick - no downside for them whatsoever.
