At best I see them moving 1 of their centers and possibly a Dman and/or Toffoli but I can’t see them being in a spot where their top centers are Kadri followed by Ruzicka and Zary

Teams find a way to replace these guys, we cant be scared to make trades.
By trading away a Backlund/Lindholm you're going to get a premium asset that should be able to step in and help. The latter obviously worth more, but you're not trading away these guys and not receiving something that can help in return.
Colorado is looking for a #2C and have plenty of nice complimentary pieces/picks.
I saw a proposal of Newhook, Byram, 1st for Lindholm
You can then turn your picks/assets into other trades to help fill out your roster. You cant obviously trade away your #1 C and your #3 C and not have something to replace it today, but you can trade both and build for a better team next year.
Zary can come up and play 3C for the time being, give him some playtime in the NHL.
You could move Kardi up to a 1C and let Newhook play 2C etc.
There has to be a market for these guys, but you cant be scared to move on from 1 or all of them this year and build the team for next year. It really doesnt matter who's playing 1st/2nd/3rd line C anymore this year as the team is cooked.
Now's the perfect time to give the young kids a shot and finally see what we have moving forward for next season.
