Oh c'mon. Even the most sympathetic person can't possibly believe this. The smell of a person who hasn't bathed in days holding a bag of empties and lighting a crack pipe is far from pleasant.
I was sitting in McDonald's a couple of weeks ago, and a person experiencing homelessness decided to do a full pant readjustment on the way out, giving everyone sitting near the exit a strong whiff of what was inside. I can guarantee you that smell was far more unpleasant than Candy Crush. Particularly when eating.
On top of that there's actual health concerns created by people leaving bodily fluids and drug paraphernalia, like pipes and syringes, around.
