Lindholm is the type of player that can get you great future assets. This team didn’t get it done, won’t get it done, and there’s no point in waiting to summer because your return will decrease.

Because jiri is saying that they will be making player for player trades in the summer for some of their players. Nothing this organization does points to a direction where they will want late first round picks. It’s not like teams have been trading blue chip prospects in deals so far.
