Not sure if this was covered somewhere, but as I flick through the stations Fox News is now up and running on Shaw 142.
Bloomberg TV (news) on Channel 141.
I assume they are free even after this free digital preview. Looks like Bloomberg has CanContent, not so for Fox News (even the commercials seem American).
