I know you're a little older than the average poster here. You probably split the difference between me and my mom. She is planting an NDP sign on her lawn this year and voting against Conservatives for the first time in her life. I think it's okay to consider yourself a conservative, but you need to step back and recognize the ucp has abandoned you. If you vote ndp, you'll be voting in a manner consistent with your values, I'm sure of it.

If you vote ucp, you will be responsible for causing hardship and hurt for fellow Albertans. As a business owner, I'll probably come out okay, though. Have been eyeing some new patio furniture for my vacation condo, so TIA if you vote ucp, I guess. I'm definitely the guy that needs government help.
Danielle Smith lives in my hometown and I've had some conversations with her over the years. What I do know is she wanted to be Premier in the worst way and was willing to do anything to get that. That I found odd because she told me before Covid that there was no way she was getting back into politics.

To be frank I don't trust her as a Politician. She said she wanted to get rid of the corruption but instead has made it worse. On top of that I don't believe she cares what voters say or want. It would be dangerous to give her 4 years in power.

I say circle jerk because it's basically posters agreeing with each other on how bad the UCP and Smith is.
