Obvious answer is no. Arguably the team is in worse shape now than when he found it and not a lot of good pieces for the future
He has already gone through a generation of rebuild with high picks with no success. His moves looked good only on paper . His core is mostly gone. The new core sucks.
Time for a change but that doesn’t mean they are going to do it. It’s the Flames, they love mediocrity
