Hans Zimmer is hands down my favourite composer of all time. He's just an absolute master. I think my favourite score of his is Gladiator, but to be honest most of his scores pack an emotional punch. The Nolan Batman movies, Interstellar, Inception, Dunkirk. Those two obviously work well together, but even fun, dumb movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Man of Steel, Dune etc. are all incredible. I mean, Mission Impossible II is a terrible movie by all other standards, but the score by Hans Zimmer almost makes it worth watching.
