Yoho is clearly a bad faith user who does not engage in meaningful discussion around the posts he makes.
This is different then posters who are annoying, frustrating, pendantic, or otherwise disagreeable. Or posters who have a different perspective from yourself on the world around it.
A typical Yoho post is a tweet from a biased or misleading source, followed by many of us tripping over ourselves to debunk him. Every once in a while his posts have some interesting component to them worthy of discussion but when people attempt to discuss there is no real response. So it’s clear this is trolling or just agenda peddling.
Mods have clearly determined that Yoho does not violate any community standards therefore the community has to police him.
As a group we should no longer participate.
This is exceedingly difficult because Yoho is good at his craft.
The disruption is also two fold. The people responding to Yoho and the people responding to the people responding to Yoho to ignore him.
I propose the following guidance
1) put Yoho on ignore.

2) if the tweet contains egregious misinformation rather than having six people respond and argue against it one poster could simply post “This tweet likely contains misinformation” and then no one else replies.. This really is only to satisfy the argument that misinformation shouldn’t be allowed to persist unchallenged. An interesting discussion on its own.
3) Do not post -“ just put Yoho on ignore” and instead ignore all posting related to Yoho posts and continue on with regular discussion. Then bump this thread just in case the person who replied is unaware.
Is there anyone who thinks Yoho provides value by them bringing a differing opinion? If so perhaps the above would be unreasonable but then that should be discussed here.
I certainly am guilty of attempting to engage with him too but it’s a work in progress. The challenge is they only need to get one person to drive a thread off a cliff.
