We know we have arguably the best goaltending prospect in the world dominating the AHL level, yet here we are in no man's land continuing to pound away with the exact same things that haven't been working. We have 26 wins in 58 games - what exactly is the harm here?
We have seen young netminders in recent memory come in and make an immediate impacts on two teams that have gone on to win the cup with Matt Murray and Jordan Binnington.
Maybe the issues extend past the incredibly poor goaltending we have received this year - but why not atleast try something different? The upside far outweighs any potential downsides here, and time is surely running out.

The team doesn't even try to help itself
They respond to persistent goaltending problems by inserting Duehr.
This is why we deserve 9th place with no playoffs or bedard odds.
It all has to be done by the book with this team, no matter how its going on the ice.
