He’s a goalie. Goalies stop pucks.
He’s in the same building as the big club. The guys on the team know how good he is. They know he could help.
They’re giving up the 2nd fewest shots in the league and after last night against Philadelphia, they’re 15th in goals against.
That’s one position group’s fault, and it’s not the D, and it’s not the forwards.
A veteran, defensively sound team is exactly where you want to parachute a goalie prospect.
And let’s not pretend for a second that Wolf doesn’t stare at the ceiling every night knowing he could make a difference tomorrow if they let him.
If he’s that good, let’s find out.
