I am Legend was great. Jordan is one of my favourite actors. This has the set up to be a very enjoyable sequel.

Ok I didn't even know there was an alternate ending, questions in the spoilers, do we need spoilers for a movie this old?

What does he gain from that? And what does the zombie gain from letting him retain a sample of her blood and ultimately the 'cure' to wiping out his people? Or did he not draw the blood he needed like in the original ending, and the point of this is to show the two species can co exist?
