My statement is based on Sutter's poor utilization of Weegar. Weegar's underlying defensive stats are good, but he doesn't rush the puck, pinch, play on the PP, or look nearly as offensively engaged as he did in Florida.
If Sutter was a Weegar fan, he'd be getting all of the prime opportunities to prove himself like Lucic or Andersson do, right?
