"Denim" is a pretty wide net; there's thick, durable denim, and there's soft, stretchy, plush denim, and everything in between.
Plus, ew, I don't want to wear yoga pants or sweats; what, am I going to a formal event in Edmonton or something?

The trouser looking joggers from Lululemon are great. Jogger comfort/stretch but doesn't look too casual like sweats and yoga pants. Do these still count as sweats or yoga pants?
BTW, I agree with the soft stretchy denim comment. There's a huge difference between a Levis 501 and 541 and that's not even how wide the differences for denim can go.
#### paper thin denim though. In my youth, I used to shred those $20-30 Winners reject jeans like like they were supposed to come apart in a few months like tearaways. Knee rip, ass rip, hip rip, finger through pocket seam, belt loops rip off...
I wore Lulus for years because they were durable and comfy and the well loved and recommended Levi's 501 was nothing short of a ball crusher when I put them on. Then I discovered the Levi's 541.... $30-60 bucks a pair and they last me 8-10 years with heavy use without crushing my balls. Fantastic.
