That's not what a ****ing warranty is, Telus. I could tell by her reaction that she gets the same thing all day from every customer that phones. "I know, I agree with you, it's not right, but that's what it is".

Well..... By definition a warranty actually covers a manufacture defect not accidental damages... Sooooo why would you think a warranty covers you accidently damaging your screen?
That sounds like insurance. Why should they pay for your accident?
